great place to stay, accesible location
convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed
The location proves convenient with a tram stop right outside. staff were helpful and always smiling. i really liked the bed, as it felt comfortable. breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the hot potato soup and many choices.
the bathroom felt very small. there also was no coffee maker provided in the room. i found this an inconvenience.

the staff demonstrated excellent service at all times. they helped me with directions and recommendations. the front desk also provided clear instructions for using public transport.

mold spores dirty glasses
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. the shower area showed mold in the joints. the room could have benefited from a more thorough vacuuming. dirty glasses were present in the dining area. Some were even broken.

The location is super! It is very easy to get around using public transportation! There is a kettle in the room. I enjoyed having that. Breakfast had good coffee!

The hotel benefits from its location near public transport! A tram stop is right on the corner! This made moving around the area easy and quick.

Breakfast is available with lots of choices, I especially liked the fresh items, and the coffee got me going. There seemed to be enough to set you up for the day.

Luggage storage is next to reception! I could leave my bags there after check-out, it gave me more time to explore! That was very helpful.

The room included comfortable beds, and it had air-conditioning. Plenty of hot water was available in the shower!
